In Flow Yoga classes, also known as Vinyasa Yoga, poses are linked together in a dynamic, flowing sequence that builds strength, flexibility and balance.
We coordinate our breath with our movement which facilitates a fluid, focused and stable practice, and creates a moving meditation.
Class includes meditative breathwork (pranayama), a physical warm up, our flowing sequence of poses to strengthen and open the body, a cool down and finally deep rest.
For new clients, our 3-Class Taster Pass for £24 (£8 per class) is a great way to try a few classes before committing to a class block.
