
Our Flow Foundations classes are the perfect place to start! We know yoga can feel intimidating at first, so these sessions focus on making it accessible, understandable, and enjoyable.
Your instructor will guide you through beginner-friendly postures, essential skills, and breathing techniques, explaining the how and why behind each movement. This way, you build confidence while developing a solid foundation for your practice.
What is Flow Yoga?
Flow Yoga, also known as Vinyasa Yoga, links poses together in a dynamic, flowing sequence that strengthens, stretches, and balances the body. Coordinating movement with breath, it creates a fluid, meditative practice that nurtures both body and mind. Classes include gentle warm-ups, flowing sequences, breathwork (pranayama), a relaxing cool-down, and deep rest, helping you feel grounded, energized, and focused.

Great for: Beginners looking for detailed instructions
Recommended fitness level: Ability to walk at least a 1/2 mile at a brisk pace and the ability to go up and down stairs without difficulty.
For new clients, our 3-Class Taster Pass for £24 (£8 per class) is a great way to try a few classes before committing to a class block.
