A recovery-focused class to help you move more freely, breathe more efficiently and support training

👉 Perfect for you if:


You run regularly and want a class that supports recovery as much as performance. This class is ideal if you often feel tight, stiff or fatigued after training, or if you’d like to improve how your body moves, breathes and recovers between runs.


🧘 What to expect:


  • Mobility work to improve movement quality and joint control
  • Flexibility work to ease tight muscles and create more range in the body
  • Fascia release to help reduce stiffness and repetitive tension patterns
  • Breathwork to support calmer, more efficient breathing
  • Deep relaxation to help settle the nervous system and support recovery
     

✨ What makes this class different:


Rather than focusing on running fitness itself, this class supports the parts of training that are often overlooked. As you build flexibility, you create more space in the body; as you build mobility, you learn to move through that space with greater control and ease. Together, these support better movement quality, help reduce injury risk and leave you feeling more balanced in both training and everyday life.


📍 Who it’s great for:


Runners of all levels, from newer runners to those training more consistently. Especially supportive if you want to care for tight calves, hamstrings, hips and feet, improve recovery, and complement your running with practices that help your body feel stronger, freer and more resilient.

A lovely late-morning reset — giving you space to release tension, regulate your nervous system and leave feeling restored, grounded and better supported for the rest of your day.
