Thoughtful, inclusive yoga in Edinburgh
Whether you’re brand new to yoga, returning after a break, very experienced or looking for classes that feel supportive rather than intimidating, you’re in the right place.
Classes take place in a calm, purpose-built studio in Silverknowes with clear guidance and options offered throughout each class for different levels. We offer fun and creative class sequences designed to support individual progress toward moving better and feeling better, in both body and mind.
You can attend casually or practise regularly — whatever suits your life. Optional recurring reservations and auto-renew passes are available and recommended to support consistency, but are never required.
I’m Roxanna, founder and lead teacher. With 28 years of personal practice and over 12 years of teaching experience, I guide classes with care, clarity, and attention to individual needs — supported by a small team of like-minded teachers.
My classes blend creative sequencing, functional movement for everyday life, gorgeous music, and spiral-based movements that expand the possibilities beyond traditional yoga poses.
(Beginners are welcome in all classes – no experience needed.)
