You’ll enjoy supportive stretches, mindful movement, and grounding breathwork designed to help your body recover and unwind—while your baby benefits from soothing massage techniques that ease common discomforts and support healthy development. Together, you’ll settle the nervous system, strengthen your bond, and find a moment of calm in the swirl of new-parent life.
☕️🍪 We finish with a cosy cup of tea or coffee and a biscuit, creating space for connection, conversation, and that precious exhale.
👶🏻 This class is most suitable for babies who are not yet crawling.
⏰ If you are running late, please don't worry. Unlike our adult classes, it is absolutely ok to enter class after the start time.
What about missed classes?
We know that life with a baby can be unpredictable. That’s why classes are booked with flexible passes rather than fixed blocks. All class credits on your pass can be used for ANY class at Twist & Bliss Yoga—not just Parent & Baby sessions. Yay!
As long as you cancel with at least 6 hours’ notice, you'll receive a credit back to your pass, which can be used for any class until the pass expires.
For new clients, our 3-Class Taster Pass for £24 (£8 per class) is a great way to try a few classes before committing to a class block.
