- Unlike many parent & baby yoga classes, this class includes guided baby massage alongside yoga, supporting bonding, confidence, and relaxation for both parent and baby. Learn how to help baby relax and ease common discomforts for baby through massage.
- Your class pass can be use for adult classes too!
📍 Who it’s great for:
Parents with babies at least 6-weeks old. No previous yoga experience needed. This class is most suitable for babies who are not yet crawling.
☕️ Other details
- We finish with a cosy cup of tea or coffee and a biscuit, creating space for connection, conversation, and that precious exhale.
- ⏰ If you are running late, please don't worry. Unlike our adult classes, it is absolutely ok to enter class after the start time.
