You are pregnant and looking for a gentle, supportive pregnancy yoga practice to help you move well, ease tension and feel more connected to your changing body. This course is ideal if you would like dedicated time each week to support both physical comfort and emotional wellbeing during pregnancy.

  • Pregnancy-safe movement to mobilise, strengthen and stretch the body
  • Practices to ease common tension and discomfort in pregnancy
  • Gentle breathwork to support nervous system regulation and prepare for birth
  • Guided relaxation to help you rest deeply and reconnect with yourself
  • A course structure that allows your practice to build week by week

This course combines both dynamic and restorative practices, offering a balanced approach to movement, breath and rest during pregnancy. Each class is designed to support your body as it changes, while also giving you practical tools to help you feel calmer, more comfortable and more prepared for birth.


📍 Who it’s great for:
Pregnant students from 10 weeks onwards, with any level of yoga experience. Whether you are completely new to yoga or already have an existing practice, this course offers a safe and supportive space to move, breathe and rest.
