These classes form a supportive pathway for learning Flow Yoga, also known as Vinyasa Yoga. Many students move along this path over time as their confidence and experience grow.
Beginners are welcome throughout this pathway, and many students mix these classes with restorative practices.
Learn the building blocks of Flow with clarity and confidence.
Our most supportive entry point. Classes focus on key poses, transitions, and breath, with clear guidance and time to learn properly — nothing is rushed.
A good place to start if you’re new, returning, or want more explanation.
Fluid, breath-led movement to build strength and ease.
Flow classes link poses into continuous sequences. You’ll build strength, flexibility, and coordination while moving at a steady, rhythmic pace, with less explanation than Foundations.
Ideal if you’re comfortable with basic poses and want to progress through practice.
Stronger, more dynamic and playful Flow.
Our most physically challenging Flow class. Expect creative sequences, optional challenges, and a higher cardio element, while still moving with awareness and choice.
Best suited to students with Flow experience and a good level of fitness. Beginners are welcome if you’re comfortable with continuous movement and physical challenge.
