A fluid, breath-led class that builds strength, coordination, and confidence. Creative sequences are layered progressively, with options to make the practice accessible or more challenging depending on how you feel.

Creative, progressive yoga classes blending functional movement and spiral-based sequencing. Supportive guidance and clear options are offered throughout for beginners and experienced students alike. A good level of fitness is recommended.

Adapted Slow Flow with 🪑 Chair Support

Flow & Restore

A slightly slower pace than Flow classes with more time for restorative yoga postures that help calm the nervous system.

A soft, soothing, end-of-week ritual to unwind, settle, and reset for the week to come.

Adapted Slow Flow with 🪑 Chair Support

A gentler variation of flow style yoga with the addition of support from a chair and other props.

Adaptations are provided for students who may have limited mobility due to age, conditions or injuries. We avoid or limit transitions from floor to standing and vice versa.

Yoga Classes for Parents & Little Ones

Parent & Baby Massage and Yoga

 A nurturing class blending massage, gentle movement and bonding. It’s not just for the little ones. Parents also get time to breathe, move, stretch, and relax. Parents enjoy chatting with other parents toward the end of class with tea, coffee and biscuits.

Yoga Club (High School)

A fluid, breath-led class that builds strength, coordination, and confidence. Creative sequences are layered progressively, with options to make the practice accessible or more challenging depending on how students feel. Very similar to the adult Flow & Restore classes with time for restorative yoga postures that help calm the nervous system.

It is a myth that we must be flexible to do Yoga. We do not arrive to Yoga with perfect bodies. Through breath and mindful movement we move our bodies and our minds toward wholeness and healing, and we learn to accept ourselves as we are each day.

Beginners are welcome in all our Edinburgh yoga classes

No matter your experience, all our classes offer modifications for different abilities, including those with injuries or specific conditions. Yoga is for every body—flexibility is not a requirement, rather it is one of the many benefits that develops over time.


With regular practice, you can expect to:

  • Enhance body awareness (proprioception)
     
  • Improve breathing and posture
