Whether you're new or experienced, choose the style that supports you today. Beginners are welcome in all our classes, but if you’re brand new, you might feel most comfortable starting with the beginner-friendly options below.

  • Evening Flow: Move & Unwind: A steady-paced flow to build ease, perfect for all levels.
  • Adapted Flow — Chair Support: Gentle movement using chair support for strength and confidence.
  • Candlelit Yin & Restore: A calming, candlelit practice to soften and let go.

Build Strength & Confidence

  • Flow: A breath-led flow to build strength and ease.
  • Flow Progressions: A dynamic flow for those ready to challenge themselves.

Slow Down & Restore

  • Flow & Restore: Gentle movement paired with deep rest.
  • Candlelit Yin & Restore: A calming, candlelit practice to soften and let go.
  • Candlelit Sunday Reset: A weekly ritual to unwind and prepare for the week ahead.

Supportive & Specialised

  • Parent & Baby Massage and Yoga: A calming class combining baby massage and yoga.
  • Yoga Club (High School): Movement and mindfulness designed for teens.
  • Adapted Flow — Chair Support: Gentle movement using chair support for strength and confidence.

Workshops & Special Events

  • Beginners Workshop: A focused session to learn the essentials of yoga in a supportive environment.
  • Equinox Workshop: A special seasonal practice to reflect, reset, and welcome the new season.

It is a myth that we must be flexible to do Yoga. We do not arrive to Yoga with perfect bodies. Through breath and mindful movement we move our bodies and our minds toward wholeness and healing, and we learn to accept ourselves as we are each day.
