Creative, progressive yoga classes blending functional movement and spiral-based sequencing. Supportive guidance and clear options are offered throughout for beginners and experienced students alike. A good level of fitness is recommended.

A slightly slower pace than Flow classes with more time for restorative yoga postures that help calm the nervous system.

A soft, soothing, end-of-week ritual to unwind, settle, and reset for the week to come.

A gentler variation of flow style yoga with the addition of support from a chair and other props.
Adaptations are provided for students who may have limited mobility due to age, conditions or injuries. We avoid or limit transitions from floor to standing and vice versa.
Wed 1:45 pm
Yoga-inspired play for learning self-regulation through breath, movement and rest. Depending on the group and energy each session, we may practice more mat yoga or we may build and the do a mindful obstacle course followed by creating rest nests to teach the value of rest, and create ritual and joy around taking rest.

A nurturing class blending massage, gentle movement and bonding. It’s not just for the little ones. Parents also get time to breathe, move, stretch, and relax. Parents enjoy chatting with other parents toward the end of class with tea, coffee and biscuits.

Together parents and little ones move, breathe, stretch and relax through playful, yoga-inspired circuits. Parents then enjoy tea, coffee and biscuits while little ones have free time with toys and books.
