During Yoga Club students will learn yoga poses, flows and breathwork that contribute to positive physical, mental and emotional well-being.
There will also be an emphasis on helping young people identify how they can use yoga tools outside of the yoga studio to support self-regulation and stress management.
To try a class, please book a Drop In for your young person (£6).
After your young person's trial class, if they would like to continue, just let us know and we'll set up your monthly subs. You can cancel anytime.

To register your interest for parent and baby/toddler classes and classes for P1, P2 or P3 children, please contact us as these will be added at a later date.
Fridays, 12:45 pm - 2:00 pm
For this age group, 45 minutes is a good length of time for a class but that can be a quick turnaround for parents/carers dropping and collecting children.
Therefore, for the Friday Yoga Club at 12:45 pm with the P4-P5's, we will take the first 20-30 minutes to eat lunch and visit to give parents/carers a bit more time in their day.
Please ensure your child brings a lunch with them.
To ensure the safety of those with allergies, please DO NOT pack nuts/nut butters in your child's lunch.
