Twist & Bliss Yoga offers custom yoga experiences for individuals and groups. With Private yoga sessions, we can discuss your goals and then customise sessions to help you move toward those goals.
Private 1-to-1 Sessions
Private 1-to-1 Yoga with Roxanna includes a free 30-minute consultation before your first session to discuss your needs and goals. After that, each session is custom designed to help you reach your goals. Depending on those goals, private yoga sessions may take the format of Flow, Yin, Chair, or Restorative style classes. They might also be workshop style sessions to move you toward a specific pose, or address an area of your body that needs attention.
Currently, I offer livestream and in-person 1-to-1 sessions. Private in-person sessions take place in my garden, or home studio with a large door open for lots of ventilation. Private sessions are open to existing clients and their personal referrals only.
During COVID-19 measures, we will observe 2m social distancing and enhanced hygiene practices. Dress for the weather as sessions will be held in the garden, or in my home studio with the door open.
Would you like the benefits of private 1-to-1 sessions but need to share the cost? Team up with a friend for 2-to-1 sessions. Currently offered outdoors only. Please contact me to arrange 2-to-1 sessions.
Private Group Classes
These are great for one-off events such as Hen Do’s, Pre-Wedding, Mum’s Nights, and Birthdays.
Regular on-going sessions are ideal for corporate offerings such as a focus on mindfulness and meditation to decrease stress, or on full body movement to counter sitting at desks all day.
Livestream and In-Person options are currently available. In-person group classes must conform to current government guidelines pertaining to COVID-19.
