I have been practicing yoga for 25 years and teaching for 11 years. Whether you are looking for beginners yoga or you have been practicing for many years, I would love to welcome you to my yoga classes in Edinburgh. Visit the About page to learn more about me.
My classes run as blocks in line with Edinburgh school term times. Morning classes take place at Waterfront Dance Studio and evening classes run after hours at Turtledove Play Cafe.
Classes can be booked:
- As a class block - Same class each week with make-up classes available for missed classes
- With a 5-Class Pass - attend a mix of days/times/classes
- As a single drop-in class - for those who might like to try a class before making a commitment
I now teach each yoga class sequence (flow) for 2 - 3 weeks. After teaching for more than a decade, I have found that students feel more confident and are able to move deeper into their practice, both physically and mentally, by attending regularly and by practicing class sequences more than once. For this reason, I highly recommend you book a full class block if your schedule allows.
