All our Yoga classes are designed to suit various student levels and mixed abilities. If you are completely new to yoga, you might like to try a Beginners Workshop in addition to our standard classes. See below for details and booking for our studio classes in Davidson's Mains .
🧘🏼♀️ Flow Yoga, also known as Vinyasa Yoga, is a fun and dynamic yoga practice that links breath and movement. Each class contains a meditative 🙏🏼 warm-up, we then flow through yoga postures, often to upbeat music, building strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance – for both body and mind. Class ends with a guided meditation and deep relaxation.
This is a strength-based style of yoga so expect to sweat. You will leave feeling challenged and energised, yet also calm and centred.
With regular attendance you can expect to feel stronger and more flexible, to have better balance and to learn mindfulness tools to manage stress.
All classes are mixed abilities with modifications offered to suit various levels. Beginners are very welcome! 💕
If you expect to miss a class, please email info@twistandblissyoga.com and we can arrange for you to attend class on another day to make up for the missed class. Make-up classes are based on availability and are not guaranteed.
