Twist & Bliss Yoga offers classes to suit various student levels and mixed abilities. If you are completely new to yoga, you might like to try a Beginners Flow Yoga class or Beginners Yoga Workshop.
🧘🏼♀️ Flow Yoga, also known as Vinyasa Yoga, is a fun and dynamic yoga practice that links breath and movement. Each class contains a meditative 🙏🏼 warm-up, we then flow through yoga postures, often to upbeat music, building strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance – for both body and mind. Class ends with a guided meditation and deep relaxation.
This is a strength-based style of yoga so expect to sweat. You will leave feeling challenged and energised, yet also calm and centred.
With regular attendance you can expect to feel stronger and more flexible, to have better balance and to learn mindfulness tools to manage stress.
If you expect to miss a class, please email info@twistandblissyoga.com and we can arrange for you to attend class on another day to make up for the missed class. Make-up classes are based on availability and are not guaranteed.
