Enjoy Yoga classes at our friendly studio location within Waterfront Dance. In-person classes are COVID safe. We adhere to government guidelines with enhanced cleaning measures, social distancing and wearing of masks until we are on our mats.

Class sizes are limited to ensure social distancing. The studio is thoroughly cleaned everyday, often multiple times per day. All visitors must sanitise their hands prior to entering the studio. Please bring your own yoga mat, blocks and straps. Do your best to maintain 2 metres distance from others and wear your mask within the building until you are settled on your mat.
Prior to COVID-19 we offered the free use or our mats, blocks and straps. New students may still use our equipment for their first class and then you should purchase your own equipment to reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19. Equipment is sanitised after every use and left unused for at least 72 hours.
Wear comfortable, fitted sports clothes. Yoga is done in bare feet.
Students should bring a yoga mat and if possible, 1 – 2 yoga blocks. Sanitised blocks are available for use at the studio however, we encourage everyone to bring and use their own equipment. Wear a mask while moving around inside the building. You may remove your mask once you are settled on your yoga mat.
For classes held at Waterfront Dance Studio, please leave personal items such as bags, mobile phones, shoes and coats in the changing room. Please avoid bringing personal items into the studio where class is held. As the changing room is connected to the studio, please ensure mobiles are placed on silent mode or turned off completely so they do not vibrate or ring.For classes held at Turtle Dove Play Cafe, place personal items at the back of the room. If you need to eat shortly before class, keep it light to avoid discomfort during class. Be sure you are well hydrated before class and bring a bottle of water into the studio with you.
Practicing yoga while pregnant is a great way to keep fit however, some postures can be dangerous during pregnancy. Please advise the teacher BEFORE class if you are pregnant so that you can be advised on appropriate modifications.
Upon arrival, introduce yourself to the teacher who will check you into class.
