When the Scottish weather is kind to us, be ready for some pop-up yoga classes outdoors!
Our outdoor classes are Flow Yoga, also known as Vinyasa Yoga, an upbeat and dynamic yoga practice which links breath and movement. Each class contains a warm-up, we then flow through yoga postures that build strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance – for both body and mind. Class ends with a guided meditation and deep relaxation.
LEVEL – All levels are welcome. Beginners will find it a fun challenge with options to make yoga postures more accessible, if needed. More advanced students will have options to increase the difficulty level.
