Looking to try something new during lockdown? Flow Yoga (also called vinyasa) is a fun, upbeat and dynamic style of yoga. It builds strength, flexibility and balance whilst linking breath and movement for a fluid practice.
In this mini workshop for beginner students, you will learn about yogic breath techniques, and how to link breath with flowing yoga poses. You will also learn proper alignment techniques, and how to modify poses to keep your body safe as you grow into your yoga practice.
