Flow Yoga, also known as Vinyasa Yoga, is an upbeat and dynamic yoga practice which links breath and movement. Each class contains a warm-up, we then flow through yoga postures that build strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance – for both body and mind. Class ends with a guided meditation and deep relaxation.
All levels are welcome. Beginners will find it a fun challenge with options to make yoga postures more accessible, if needed. More advanced students will have options to increase the difficulty level.
Medium intensity as we continually flow through postures and at times really get the heartrate up. You will definitely sweat, especially in the 30-minute Flow Yoga Express classes.
