Self-Care & Family Bonding during social distancing
This is a beginners version of our Flow Yoga class for adults and children ages 8+. Younger children are welcome to try the class as well. Make time for your own yoga while encouraging your children to keep moving, create body awareness, and learn mindfulness techniques that will serve them throughout life.
It’s totally ok if your kids don’t do the whole thing. Some kids do all the yoga, some watch, some party. It’s all good! At least you’ll fit your yoga in and model self-care for your children.
LEVEL – Suitable for all levels, great for beginners!
