Chair Yoga


For Seniors, Limited Mobility & Desk Breaks

A gentle, flowing yoga practice with the support of a chair for those who might be stuck at a desk all day, or those with joint stiffness, limited mobility, difficulty balancing, injuries, or an inability to get down on the floor easily.  Great for desk workers who need a movement break.

We focus on mobilising joints, improving balance, and building strength. We also do breathwork in every class to aid in mindfulness and relaxation.
